This was a problem for older versions of this plug-in, but has been fixed as of version 1.1.3. If you are still having this issue, try downloading the newest version.

Will my existing Google Account work with the Aperture to Picasa Web Albums plug-in?
Your existing Google Account will work with the plug-in, but you may need to enable the Picasa Web Albums feature on your account. To do so, sign in to Picasa Web Albums here with the Google Account you would like to enable.
I've lost my software license, what should I do?
You can easily retrieve a replacement software license by visiting the Lost License support page. Your replacement software license will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can then be added via the Licenses preference pane from within the plug-in.
How can I remove this plug-in from my system?
Aperture to Picasa Web Albums can be removed by deleting the plug-in file located at:
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins/Export/Aperture/Plug-Ins/Export/
ApertureToPicasaWebAlbums.ApertureExport
(~ represents your home directory)
